Part
Two: ‘Annihilation of Nations’

“What
shall remain in the wake of this war, in the midst of which we are living now?”
Does Pope Francis’s latest question, discussed
in Part One, find its answer in the apparitions of Our Lady of the Rosary at
Fatima?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Putting together some of the thoughts of Pope Francis from Part One of
this set:
https://www.academia.edu/18657854/Medjugorje_and_the_Mad_Mouthings_of_the_Madonna_of_the_Antichrist we find that people can allow themselves to be led by
the confusing spirit of curiosity, the petty news of the day, contrary to the
enlightening wisdom of God.
Amongst the pious, this spirit is exemplified by false
manifestations of the Virgin Mary, acting like ‘a postmistress arriving with
daily messages’, and for years on end.
Generally speaking the modern world, looking in all the
wrong places, and following a faulty timetable, has allowed itself to be
deceived, prompting Pope Francis to parallel the weeping of Jesus Christ over
Jerusalem to His weeping now over a ‘whole world at war’.
For neither the world then, nor now, had recognized
the time of its visitation, had understood what makes for peace:
“Today Jesus weeps as well: because we have chosen the way of war, the
way of hatred, the way of enmities. We are close to Christmas: there will be
lights, there will be parties, bright trees, even Nativity scenes – all decked
out – while the world continues to wage war. The world has not understood the
way of peace.”
The Role of ISIS and other
Instruments of Decadence
God can and does use hostile and un-Godly
powers that have their own agenda to advance his own sublime purposes. Thus
Isaiah 10 describes the pagan Assyrian power under Sennacherib (c. 700 BC) as a
purging instrument being wielded by the Lord against his own apostate people:
5 “Woe
to the Assyrian, the rod of my anger,
in
whose hand is the club of my wrath!
6 I
send him against a godless nation,
I
dispatch him against a people who anger me,
to
seize loot and snatch plunder,
and
to trample them down like mud in the streets.
Of course Sennacherib - no more than
the caliph of ISIS - is aware of this fact, which does not accord at all with
his own agenda of out and out conquest and destruction:
But
this is not what he intends,
this
is not what he has in mind;
his
purpose is to destroy,
to
put an end to many nations.
8 ‘Are
not my commanders all kings?’ he says.
9 ‘Has not
Calno fared like Carchemish?
Is
not Hamath like Arpad,
and
Samaria like Damascus?
[For
ISIS, we could put it something like this:
Is
not Raqqa like Mosul,
and Ramadi
like Palmyra?]
10 As
my hand seized the kingdoms of the idols,
kingdoms
whose images excelled those of Jerusalem and Samaria—
11 shall
I not deal with Jerusalem and her images
as I
dealt with Samaria and her idols?’”
Now Isaiah goes on to tell what
Yahweh actually has in mind, at the appropriate time:
12 When the
Lord has finished all his work against Mount Zion and Jerusalem, he will say,
“I will punish the king of Assyria for the willful pride of his heart and the
haughty look in his eyes. 13 For
he says:
“‘By the strength of my hand I have
done this,
and by my wisdom, because I have understanding.
I removed the boundaries of nations,
I plundered their treasures;
like a mighty one I subdued[a] their kings.
14 As one reaches into a nest,
so my hand reached for the wealth of the nations;
as people gather abandoned eggs,
so I gathered all the countries;
not one flapped a wing,
or opened its mouth to chirp.’”
and by my wisdom, because I have understanding.
I removed the boundaries of nations,
I plundered their treasures;
like a mighty one I subdued[a] their kings.
14 As one reaches into a nest,
so my hand reached for the wealth of the nations;
as people gather abandoned eggs,
so I gathered all the countries;
not one flapped a wing,
or opened its mouth to chirp.’”
In the mind of
the Great King of Assyria, this is all his own doing, by his own power,
assisted by his pagan gods. Little did he realise that he was, all along,
merely an “ax”, or a “saw”, or a “rod”, or a “club”, in the mighty hands of
God. And so God poses the questions:
15 Does the ax raise itself above the person who swings it,
or the saw boast against the one who uses it?
As if a rod were to wield the person who lifts it up,
or a club brandish the one who is not wood!
or the saw boast against the one who uses it?
As if a rod were to wield the person who lifts it up,
or a club brandish the one who is not wood!
Sennacherib and his Assyrians, having served their purpose, will now reap the bitter harvest that their blasphemies have deserved (as will ISIS ultimately):
16 Therefore, the Lord, the Lord Almighty,
will send a wasting disease upon his sturdy warriors;
under his pomp a fire will be kindled
like a blazing flame.
17 The Light of Israel will become a fire,
their Holy One a flame;
in a single day it will burn and consume
his thorns and his briers.
18 The splendor of his forests and fertile fields
it will completely destroy,
as when a sick person wastes away.
19 And the remaining trees of his forests will be so few
that a child could write them down.
will send a wasting disease upon his sturdy warriors;
under his pomp a fire will be kindled
like a blazing flame.
17 The Light of Israel will become a fire,

ISIS apparently
has far greater ambitions than Sennacherib the Assyrian could ever have dreamed
of. For, according to: http://www.hngn.com/articles/134691/20150929/isis-nuclear-weapons-terrorist-group-plans-kill-hundreds-millions-largest.htm
ISIS Nuclear Weapons: Terrorist Group Plans To Kill Hundreds Of Millions In 'Largest Religious Cleansing In History,' Says Report
German
journalist Jurgen Todenhofer compared ISIS to a "nuclear tsunami preparing
the largest religious cleansing in history."
….
"They
are the most brutal and most dangerous enemy I have ever seen in my life,"
German journalist Jurgen Todenhofer said of ISIS. "I don't see anyone who
has a real chance to stop them. Only Arabs can stop IS. I came back very
pessimistic." ….
The
Islamic State group (ISIS) is planning to use nuclear weapons to launch a
global assault on anyone who holds differing religious beliefs – all in the
name of worshipping Allah, according to German journalist Jurgen Todenhofer,
who in 2014 was the first western reporter allowed to embed with the terrorist
outfit and live to tell about it, spending 10 days in Mosul in northern Iraq
with its fighters.
"The
terrorists plan on killing several hundred million people," Todenhofer,
74, writes in his book, "Inside IS - Ten Days in the Islamic State,"
which details his findings, reported the U.K.'s Daily Express.
"The
west is drastically underestimating the power of ISIS. ISIS intends to get its
hands on nuclear weapons," he added, comparing the group to a
"nuclear tsunami preparing the largest religious cleansing in
history." ….

Fatima
And they may even be allowed to achieve some of their boldest
ambitions.
That brings us back to Fatima.
Does it provide us with any clues as to what we might expect?
The answer lies in the Third Fatima Secret, according to
“Pope Francis: World War III has begun –
Third Secret of Fatima gives warning”
By
Marshall Connolly, Catholic Online (CALIFORNIA NETWORK)

….
“Pope Francis has invoked World War III, saying
that it has begun in a piecemeal fashion. The Third Secret of Fatima could
provide Christians a framework for considering this terrifying new
development”.
(The Third Secret of
Fatima has been encapsulated in the following picture):
So far,
however, the proper interpretation of this Secret has been difficult to achieve
and somewhat confusing.
What is
not confusing, however, is Our Lady of Fatima’s direct statement in 1917:
“The good will be martyred,
the Holy Father will have much to suffer,
various
nations will be annihilated."
I think that this must be a general kind of answer, without fine
details, to the Pope’s question:
“What
shall remain in the wake of this war, in the midst of which we are living now?”
With
a combination of decadent west and decadent ISIS, the stage is set for
apocalyptic chaos. Pessimistically, but not unrealistically, Canadian Mark
Steyn has proclaimed that (http://www.google.com.au/url?url=http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/opinion/islami):
Islamisation will wash away the west
....
The West cannot win this thing with a schizophrenic strategy of targeting things and people, but not targeting the ideology, of intervening ineffectually overseas and not intervening at all when it comes to the remorseless Islamisation and self-segregation of large segments of their own countries.
So I say again: what’s the happy ending here? Because if Francois Hollande isn’t prepared to end mass Muslim immigration to Europe, then his “pitiless war” isn’t serious.

So I say again: what’s the happy ending here? Because if Francois Hollande isn’t prepared to end mass Muslim immigration to Europe, then his “pitiless war” isn’t serious.
And, if they’re still willing to tolerate Merkel’s
mad plan to reverse Germany’s demographic death spiral through fast-track
Islamisation, then Europeans aren’t serious.
In the end, the decadence of Merkel, Hollande,
Cameron and the rest of the fin de civilisation Western leadership will cost
you your world and everything you love. So screw the candle-light vigil.
